Darrell Howard, Jr., PE is the President at D3H, bringing over 19 years of professional experience to the firm. He has been serving the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area for 12 years with Dunaway and Huitt-Zollars, providing professional civil engineering services across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, roadway, and Industrial developments. Residential experience includes over a dozen of apartments, cottages for lease, and single-family projects. Commercial experience including storage units, day cares, warehousing light industrial, malls, and a middle school. Before relocating to DFW, Darrell earned his professional civil engineering licensure in Orange County, California, where he dedicated 7 years to drainage analysis, designing utility infrastructure, and site development projects for the Orange and Ventura County areas. Darrell attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (ULL) where he earned a degree in Civil Engineering in 2006, and earned a MBA in 2020.
