Terrain Model built from Photogrammetry (Image Captured by D3H)
Structure from Motion (SFM) is a photogrammetry technique that utilizes overlapping JPEG images to reconstruct 3D points in space. By fusing visual data with embedded metadata—such as GPS coordinates, barometric pressure, and LiDAR ground-distance measurements—the algorithm precisely calculates and maps spatial coordinates to create a highly accurate 3D model.
(Data from photogrammetry is not Intended for final design)
